Smith began
his career as a Flash animator, working on the number-one web cartoon
during the internet’s boom years. He created several commercials
for Avia, controlling the entire process from conception to completion.
C.P. then worked on The Batman And Superman Adventures
online for The Cartoon Network. That brought him to the attention
of DC Comics, and he accepted a production job in their WildStorm
offices. He went on to work on nearly every major DC comic, including
Batman and Wonder Woman. He has designed original
characters for the Star Wars Universe, and launched them as the
artist of the new Star Wars Republic comic series for Dark
Horse. He is currently working for Activision on a new game
based on Marvel Comics’ Fantastic Four. He is an
alumnus of the prestigious Academy of Art College in San Francisco.
